In the ongoing Jackson death trial photos originally taken by the Los Angeles Police Department have been released to the public, showing the state of Michael Jackson’s bedroom as it was immediately after his death on June 25th 2009 at the age of 50.

The room depicted in the photos implies a life of chaos, with the star’s bedroom floor literally strewn with duvets, empty and half-empty prescription bottles, medical tubing, intravenous bags, oxygen tanks and other medical equipment.
The photos were left over from Conrad Murray’s criminal trial for manslaughter in 2011 in which he was found guilty however, they are now being used in a civil trial orchestrated by the pop star’s mother Katherine Jackson, who is suing AEG Live for failing to vet Murray as Jackson’s doctor when the star chose to hire him in 2009 for an astonishing US$150,000 a month.
Perhaps more disturbingly the pictures tell of the singer’s mental state, depicting what appears to be a bed-time caucasian doll with blonde hair, partially hidden under the sheets and numerous random photographs of babies and small children sited on the star’s bedroom dresser.
Murray is currently serving a 4 year sentence for criminal negligence.
